I’m Erica, the owner and the person behind the umbrella. I created Erica’s Umbrella with a simple belief: when people trust you with important moments and important documents, you should give them your very best.

My journey has given me experience in real estate, customer service, business operations, documentation, and working with people from all walks of life. Today, I bring those experiences together through my work as a Certified Notary Signing Agent and Notary Public, providing dependable notary and real-estate signing services.

For me, this business is about more than putting a stamp on a document. It’s about being prepared, professional, detail-oriented, dependable, and someone people can trust. I understand that a signing may represent a major milestone—a new home, a refinance, a business transaction, or another important chapter in someone's life.
